MAC Chef's Series 4" Paring Knife (HB-40)

This 4" paring knife is a standard size for Western paring knives.  Its primary use is for peeling and paring.  The pointed tip is also useful for removing stems from strawberries and eyes from potatoes.  Can also be used for cutting small fruits and vegetables on the cutting board.
