ALFA's Hubless Grinder Plates are their most popular and a high-quality, economical choice. They give great service and can be used on both sides - once one side becomes dull, flip it over and use the other. NOTE: When flipping the plate, make sure to replace your grinder knife at the same time.

ALFA's Grinder Plates are OEM quality and made in Germany by L & W from a special chrome-vanadium steel alloy. They use a state-of-the art computerized manufacturing process to achieve maximum plate-to-plate conformity.
